CIB Network goes live

CIB Online, CIB’s daily news site, has evolved into CIB Network. The new improved site offers real time DB news from around the globe and an enhanced navigation roadmap to all intranet sites across CIB and the rest of the Bank.

Since its launch in April 2001, CIB Online’s readership has steadily grown with a hit rate now 1000% higher than 10 months ago. CIB Network takes online communication to the next level, offering CIB staff a variety of new features including more news feeds, advanced search functionality, and enhanced intranet navigation, making it the ideal single entry point for CIB sites.

CIB Network will work closely with the CIB businesses and services in all the regions to provide staff with divisional news, global announcements and press releases. The site will also work in partnership with PCAM (via PCAM news) and Corporate Center (via dbnetwork) to promote potential cross-selling opportunities. The technical expertise of the dbnetwork team in Frankfurt has played a significant role in bringing CIB Network to launch.

Also included within CIB Network will be regional news and links for staff to explore local services and facilities, as well as links to external sites including Reuters, CNN, FT and Wall Street Journal.
