Zoologic Web Based Financial Training Comes to Global Equities

'LearningEdge' is Global Equities' online platform for Learning & Development opportunities providing employees with a one-stop portal for training. It encourages the creation of a personal development profile and by following a simple process, users can select a vast range of financial, professional, managerial and technological courses.

For managers, the site provides the opportunity to monitor staff development by viewing employee learning plans, receiving notification of their registrations/cancellations and providing the functionality to register or cancel direct report bookings. LearningEdge is now available to all Global Equities employees worldwide.

Zoologic is a new feature, which enables the user to get financial training at their desk by using new web based technology. Available courses include topics on: Equity,Derivatives, FinancialBasics, Risk Management, Fixed Income, Credit Risk, Foreign Exchange and Corporate Finance.
To access any of the courses, either at work or externally, just follow these four easy steps:
1. Log on to the LearningEdge website directly from your Global Equities homepage. (under "Services" on the navigation masthead)
2. Once at the LearningEdge home page, perform a search. Enter "Zoologic" or the course name/topic as the search criteria.
3. Click on the specific course name(i.e, Asset Swaps)
4. Click Launch Learning Opportunity
